The Goulburn Broken CMA's Indigenous Participation Plan (2017) defines the cooperative relationship between Tradional Owners, represented by Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation and Taungurung Clans Aboriginal Corporation, and the Goulburn Broken CMA, with respect to participation activities, programs and partnerships within the Catchment.
