Regional Drought Resilience Planning - DAFF
This program supports regions across Australia in developing their drought resilience plans. The Goulburn plan, along with others, aims to ensure communities are better prepared for and can adapt to the challenges of a changing climate and drought.
In 2024, in collaboration with partners and funders such as Agriculture Victoria, the GB CMA began coordinating implementation of the GDRP to bring the Plan to life, create a central point for sharing information, and build awareness, skills and adoption of drought preparedness actions in the agricultural community. The Plan further aims to draw out regional needs and priorities to inform future investments in drought resilience.
