Biolinks Alliance 2021 annual symposium Leaky Landscapes

On October 8th and 9th online, Climate proofing our landscapes and biodiversity will be looking at practical approaches to fixing the damaged landscapes of central Victoria, making them more absorbent (less leaky) and so more biologically productive and better able to withstand the impacts of climate change. 

Healthy Soils and Pasture

On Saturday 8th October at Glenburn Hall from 1.00pm-5.00pm. Learn about how to tell the health of your soil and how to develop healthy soils. Also look at growing productive pastures and how to get the best out of your grass. Webinar about water allocations

The Murray-Darling Basin Authority invites you to join a webinar about water allocations on Tuesday 12th October from 11.30am-1.00pm. Experts in river management, river operations and hydrology from the MDBA and Basin state governments will share more about water resource availability and the processes and factors that influence allocation decision making. There will be a Q&A session.

Women in NRM Workshop - Registration open

Restoring land - how women create change is a Workshop on Thursday 11th November online (to ensure that it happens no matter what). This workshop is for women by women and is designed to connect, encourage and inspire action in caring for our land - indigenous women, landholders, farmers and NRM professionals all welcome.

Speakers include: Anika Molesworth, Sally Murfet and Cassie Leatham.

Holistic Management Course Jan 2022

Inside Outside Management with Brian Wehlburg is coming to Macedon Ranges for a 4 x 2day course in Holistic Management. The first session is anticipated to start on the 18th-19th January 2022.
