Farm Safety - changing culture

On Wednesday 23rd March from 1.00pm-2.00pm online, GRDC are hosting this Farm Safety webinar.  The agriculture industry continues to be overrepresented in occurrences of workplace related death and injury. Independent investigations and studies have identified safety culture as the leading tool in prevention of occupational accidents.

Improving dam health and water use field day

On 25th March 4-6.30pm at Merrijig, Australian National University, Up2Us Landcare Alliance and Agriculture Victoria are hosting an opportunity to hear about the latest research and practical tools for improving the health of farm dams and managing farm water. Registration essential.

On Saturday 26th March from 10.30am-12.30pm, Goulburn Murray Landcare Network are hosting this event on Zankers Farm, Walshs Bridge South Rd, Mundoona. 2022 Environmental Biosecurity Webinar Series

Registration is open for the 2022 Environmental Biosecurity Webinar Series - 'Prevent. Detect. Respond. Protect.' This 6-part series will explore a range of case studies, policies and research from across the biosecurity system. Each webinar will be 90mins with 30 mins of question time.

Australian Network for Plant Conservation Conference 'Seeds to Recovery'

On April 3rd-7th 2022, the Australian Network for Plant Conservation (ANPC) is holding its 13th conference in Albury City. With the overall theme ‘Seeds to Recovery’ presentations, workshops and field trips will cover such topics as recovery of native plants and vegetation after fire, and native seed supply.
