Hillslope Erosion Farm Walk - Strath Creek

On  Thursday 29th April 2021 from 9am-12pm, Kerri Goschnick from Ag Vic will be facilitating a discussion on: techniques for managing gullies; options for managing steep hills and more.

Farm Walk and Talk - Nagambie

On Wednesday Apil 21st from 9.30am-12.00pm, Donna and James are opening their farm for a walk to demonstrate how they are managing their property, stock, own wellbeing and business in a holistic way.

Up to $20,000 for producer groups to boost on-farm technology adoption

Applications  are now open  for  an  exciting  new  P roducer Technology Uptake Program AgriFutures  Australia will work with g rassroots  p roducer groups ,   servicing farmers, fishers  and  forester s  to  deliver a practical  program  to increase  producer confidence, know-how and ambition to  adopt  technology  in their  busines ses . Applications close on 22nd April 2021.

Agriculture Energy Investment Plan grants

Fast-Track Rebate – grants of up to $20,000 for farm businesses that have received a Type 1 or Type 2 on-farm energy assessment through the Agriculture Energy Investment Plan

Tier 1 – grants of between $20,000 and $50,000 for equipment upgrades

Tier 2 – grants of between $50,000 and $250,000 for projects seeking equipment or process improvements in a connected way across farming systems

Grants will be provided on a 'dollar for dollar' cash co-contribution basis. Recipients are required to contribute at least 50 per cent of the total cash costs of the project
