Applying for Flood Advice

Flood advice can be obtained directly from the Goulburn Broken CMA by submitting a completed application form (below) with a processing fee.

2025-2026 Floodplain advice application form

The Goulburn Broken CMA will provide flood advice in writing. Written advice may be used to support planning and building permits with local Councils. It is encouraged that you first read the Land-use and Building Self-Assessment Guide and visit the Goulburn Broken CMA Community Flood Intelligence Portal.

The Goulburn Broken CMA will waive the standard application fee of $222.00 for all floodplain advice applications relating to Fire Recovery.
