Celebrating Nagambie's Grey Box Grassy Woodlands

The Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority invites you to a community event celebrating Nagambie’s Grey Box Grassy Woodland environment and achievements of more than 30 years of ecological restoration.
Location: Somewhere Cafe, Waterfront Motel, 277-279 High St, Nagambie.

Classified as an endangered ecological community in 2010, Grey Box Grassy Woodlands and Derived Native Grasslands are iconic.

Come along and learn more about this precious environment, on Taungurung Country.

At the event:

  • Revegetation grants are available. Submit an Expression of Interest on the day.
  • Receive a Grey Box seedling to plant on your property.

  • John Fordham: Arborist
  • Dr Greg Moore OAM: Arborist and urban tree specialist
  • Dr Doug Robinson: Local ecologist
  • Lou Costa: Landscape architect
  • Local landholders and Landscape Legacies project staff

This panel of professionals & local advocates will share their knowledge, connection & experience living and working in the Grey Box Grassy Woodland environment.
