Declaration and Revocation 1% Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) Flood Level

The Goulburn Broken CMA has recommenced the declaration of 1% AEP flood levels across the Goulburn Broken Catchment. As a pilot, the CMA has declared Nagambie 1% AEP Flood Levels under the requirements of the Water Act 1989. The declaration process included engagement and consultation with stakeholders and the community. Further, the Goulburn Broken CMA has revoked outdated designated and declared flood levels
