Nanneella and District Local Area Plan
Vision: “A healthy, happy, viable community into the future”
Area: 22,000 hectares
Launched: January 2002

Achievements:
- Re-established the Nanneella newsletter – “The Nanneella Channel”
- Rural Information kit developed and distributed
- Clean up days at the Bushland Reserve
- Courses run at Nanneella
- Immunisation program started with the Campaspe Shire
- Development of the NTAG – Nanneella and Timmering Action Group, which comprises of:
- Citizens Advisory Group
- Local Area Plan Implementation Committee
- Nanneella and District Landcare Group
- Assisted in the development of the Nanneella Bushland Reserve Management Plan
- Hosted Fox –off information days
- Women’s Pamper Day
- Evapotranspiration estimation using remote sensing for assessing irrigation efficiency project – Universityof Melbourne- Cress Savage, PhD study.
