Roles and Responsibilities
The Broken Goulburn Implementation Committee assists the development and implementation of an annual natural resource management program that reflects the priorities contained in the Goulburn Broken Regional Catchment Strategy and the local community's views.
In doing this, the Implementation Committee has an important role in identifying issues and providing input to refine and review the Regional Catchment Strategy.
The Implementation Committee is involved in the development of sub-catchment strategies that communicate natural resource management issues and priorities and encourage partnerships with agencies, local government and the community.
